The mission in our cellar is to fully exploit all the advantages of the grapes while at the same time, allowing their natural character to come through manual harvesting, natural traditional fermentation method, wooden aging and new techniques of filtration and bottling.

 

In our winery we are in a position to handle both the grapes and the wine as gently as possible while maintaining the highest levels of quality , hygiene and safety.

 All our wine has been produced in LibanCave winery whose certified Food Safety Management System that conform with ISO 22000:2005
